Reading the record

What each section of the output is for.

The transparency notices draft has four parts, each answering a different question about the touchpoint you described.

Applicable duties

Which Art. 50 duties attach to the interaction — AI-interaction disclosure, synthetic-content marking, deepfake disclosure, emotion-recognition notice — with the article cited on each line.

Notice themes

Draft notice text for the channel, with the duty cited. It is a starting point for design and counsel, not final wording.

The flags

What must be machine-marked, and which of those duties sits with the provider rather than you.

The record

The exportable draft: touchpoint, duties, notice themes, flags, and date. File it with the product record so the disclosure decision is reconstructable.

Decision-support drafting only — not legal advice. Confirm the duty set against the current consolidated text of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.
